This study examines the growing role of artificial intelligence technologies in reshaping the balance of power and competition among states on the international stage. It highlights how AI is no longer merely a technical tool, but rather a strategic element that impacts foreign policies, national economies, military capabilities, and cyber security. The study explores the impact of artificial intelligence on international decision-making mechanisms. States can use this technology to predict risks, analyze data, and build new alliances, enhancing their competitiveness in the global system. The study also discusses the technological arms race and the ethical and legal challenges associated with the use of artificial intelligence in this context, particularly with regard to digital privacy.
