The deletion of the trademark is focused on the owner of the registered trademark, considering that the legal ruling of deletion touches the status he acquired by registration, and since this ruling did not include the owner of the trademark in the decision to delete it, it is considered a legal violation, because it arranges the cancellation of the right resulting from the registration of the mark, which requires following the validity of the litigation in accordance with the Law of Civil Procedure.
