The idea of accepting risks has received great attention in the field of law, judiciary and jurisprudence, especially in the field of sports activities, due to the large number of injuries resulting from these activities, which prompted the judiciary to adopt the idea of accepting risks as a solution to this problem. As a result of the novelty of this idea, it was a subject of disagreement in jurisprudential circles, as jurisprudence did not agree on a comprehensive and exhaustive definition of this idea, in addition to the lack of agreement regarding its legal basis and the effects resulting from its adoption.
