The legal basis for determining liability for errors in artificial intelligence applications

With the expansion of the scope of the use of artificial intelligence and its interaction with the surrounding environment, and the penetration of its applications into all stages of life, there is no longer any of its joints that does not have an imprint in it or participate as part of the movement of technological development through which man lives.As a tool to serve him, facilitate his life, and increase his production, but in the face of all these advantages, a set of legal and ethical challenges arise before us.Important questions arise before us regarding the legal basis on which we rely in dealing with this new entity in the event of errors and damages resulting from this use in light of the artificial intelligence environment.Do we treat him as a thing or a person, and what kind of responsibility does he bear, Who is responsible for reparing the damage resulting from it?.
To answer these questions, this research aims to shed light on the nature and reality of artificial intelligence, and then addresses the legal basis for determining liability for errors and damages caused by artificial intelligence. We will divide it into two sections and a conclusion. As for the first section, we will shed light on a look at the nature of artificial intelligence, its types, and everything related to it.While the second section explains the legal responsibility resulting from artificial intelligence errors and the basis on which it is based, we conclude with the most important results and recommendations.
